"The former Summer Palace Blumenstein is now home to the history museum. For me it is a place where you can think back to the time of the patricians. I imagine them dining in fine company in the "Steinernen" room, holding receptions in the “Salon Rouge” and sleeping contentedly in their noble beds. The upper floor is available for alternating exhibitions, often on a theme related to Solothurn."
