"Although I had heard about the famous Treber sausage many times, I couldn’t quite understand what it meant ― until a friend persuaded me to come along. She said that availability was limited and reservations needed to be made. Now I know why. This turned out to be a wonderful evening among friends. The food alone provided a unique experience. And the charming winemaker’s family took very good care of us. At the end of the evening, we were even invited to taste the new vintage, which was still stored in large barrels."
