"Between Ins and Yverdon-les-Bains, there is a huge area of countryside where you will still find a few farmers. Pass through pretty villages before arriving in the charming town of Estavayer-le-Lac with its narrow alleyways, numerous fountains and surrounding ramparts. The beaches of Yvonand and Estavayer-le-Lac will delight those who enjoy bathing. Just short of Yverdon-les-Bains, in a clearing, set off to discover the menhirs of Clendy, which are a respectable 5,000 years old. At the end of this varied day you will arrive in Yverdon-les-Bains, a town that is always much appreciated by tourists."
