"It has been snowing heavily all day! It is 6 p.m. and we are coming home from work. Just time to slip on our equipment, grab our boots and boards and jump into the car for a 20-minute ascent on a snow-covered road. This year as before, the ski lift at Les Prés-d’Orvin carries us up to the summit to (re)discover a fabulous view of Biel in lights. But that is only the start: 50 cm of fresh powder snow and a host of fir trees are there to welcome us!"

Facilities: two ski lifts (700 m (2,290 ft) and (1,025 m (3,365 ft)) and three mini ski lifts.
Lighting: the pistes are floodlit from Monday to Friday, 7.30 - 10 p.m.

Access: from Biel station, take bus no. 70 towards Les Prés-d’Orvin (last stop “le Grillon”). Large car park available.
