"Without doubt, THE walk for the day after a celebration. And the taster is just right: up the funicular to Chaumont, giving you the time to slowly come to as the three lakes emerge through the light morning mist. At the top, we tighten our laces and set off along the path across the fields. The sun comes out, warming this late autumn landscape. We walk through the orange-tinted forest, enjoying the rustling sound of fallen leaves under our feet. At Trois-Cheminées, we start the descent to Enges, then Cressier. An invigorating breath of fresh air, a really pleasant walk and welcome chatter between girlfriends!"
