"North of the town, in the calm of the Verena Gorge, lies the hermitage. Even today, a hermit goes about her work here. The gorge with its chapels and hermitage is an ideal destination for a trip, which also offers the chance for a rest at the cosy Restaurant Kreuzen. This trip is also well suited to families and groups. For me, hiking through the Verena Gorge and visiting the hermitage was a unique experience."
