“In the small valley of St-Imier, the little village of Villeret is the start and the end of a course designed for experienced mountain bikers. You have to be trained to appreciate the 900-metre change in altitude between the ascent of Les Pontins and the summit of Chasseral. I was glad to have followed by brothers invitation, the fantastic scenery is really worth the effort. We spent a day full of nice surprises and pleasant moments at some of the farm restaurants on the way.”

  • Creux de Glace. This is an ice hole that was used by farmers to keep products fresh. At your own risk, you can climb down it in the summer.

  • The well signposted tracks are closed and not maintained during the winter season.
