"We met up with a friend in St-Ursanne on a sunny Sunday morning to try out a sport which in some places is still quite unknown, namely, inline skating! After a warm welcome at the Tourism Office we were given our gear: knee, elbow and wrist protectors as well as a good pair of skates. Thus equipped we started out on our adventure and took the route in the direction of Tariche. Even though the road is not always level and could use some repairing in some places, the marvellous landscapes more than compensated for our efforts! In Tariche we enjoyed a break on the terrace of a restaurant before we started our journey back."

The road along the River Doubs is fairly flat and has a smooth surface, making it ideal for rollerblading. You can go as far as Tariche, a distance of roughly 7 kilometres, and recover from your exertions on a shady terrace, sampling typical regional dishes.
