“Snowshoes are a good way to discover magical places in the great outdoors. The route here was covered in hard-packed snow, but large flakes were falling and our small group was the only splash of colour on the entire horizon. Even in the rough weather, I really enjoyed the path we had taken, surrounded by the most perfect calm. We had done a full circle after about two hours’ walking and enjoyed a fondue at a farm restaurant. It was a great pleasure and I learned that it is important to follow the signposted tracks so that the resting animals are not disturbed during winter time.”
