To the Chasseral via Nods

"We were surrounded by people motivated by the same intention: the unmissable mast on the Chasseral. But it takes a fair amount of effort to reach it, particularly the last few metres before the hotel, which were the hardest. After a well-earned Coke break, we spent another 30 minutes walking towards the famous mast. There was an unobstructed view of the Alps, their peaks protruding from the sea of fog: it was just wonderful! We get onto our snowboards about 100 metres beyond the mast, descending in a slalom through the fir trees and ending up in Nods, at the top of the ski lift. We have come full circle: a real treat."
