Funiculars Magglingen and Leubringen

"The funicular to Magglingen was signposted right from Biel/Bienne station. According to the timetable we had enough time, so we covered the distance in about ten minutes on foot. We already had our tickets in our hands and the funicular was just arriving at the valley station in Biel/Bienne. For almost the entire journey we had a clear view of the town through the panoramic window, so we had the chance to guess where each building and square might be. Once you arrive at the top, you should certainly take the time to enjoy the view of Biel/Bienne and Lake Biel from the platform at the Federal Office of Sport."
